Ryan,

Minor layout issue, but I just added some submenu options for Migrator:

See the difference in padding below the first item compared with the next two. I know this makes sense when there is a primary option, like "Add New", but it looks strange in this case.

Originally it was just to support add new links at the top, but that's not
the case anymore. This is one of those details that will definitely get an
update before 2.5 becomes official. Nice to see you using these new nav
features btw!
