First Timer 2.0

Redirect members to a special landing page the first time they log in to the front-end of an ExpressionEngine site.

Requirements

• ExpressionEngine 2.0 or later

Installation

1. Download the extension from my GitHub repository.
2. Unzip the archive.
3. Move the first_timer directory to /system/expressionengine/third_party
4. Log in your EE Control Panel, go to the Extensions manager and enable the extension.

Usage

First Timer is easily configured using the Settings for the extension. There are currently two settings available: First Redirect and Normal Redirect. Put a full URL in each field.

Updates

This add-on supports the NSM Add-on Updater, which automatically alerts you to new versions. In order to use this functionality you need to install the NSM Add-on Updater accessory for EE 2.
