add support for mathjax within markdown files #172

Hi Ryan,
I'm not doing the same kind of work, but i can speak to the request. When
I'm writing math or formula-heavy documentation, it's good to have a way of
doing that within markdown. Mathjax was one such way that had support from
other markdown readers
