This merges all the changes from version 6.1.2 to version 7.0.0

Playground MacOS runner is new, old one broke.
FlexSeedScheme needed updated test, maybe remove some not needed test from this pkg, they are a legacy here, the tests for it are in the FlexSeedScheme pkg. Added TODO for this.
