CW Keyer logic has been implemented. You can do the following:
Use a straight key.
Use Iambic B mode.
Use Iambic A mode.
Adjust the keyer speed.
Reverse the paddles.
All CW Keyer settings are written to the EEPROM so they are preserved between uses of the rig.
The menu classes have been refactored a bit to better support the new functionality and to save a little memory.
