Helper for showing the native Windows Vista tooltips on drag and drop events. This is an unofficial standalone library with the drag and drop helper code from Sony's Worldwide Studio's Authoring Tools Framework (ATF).
To install, you can run the following command in the Package Manager Console:
PM> Install-Package Sce.Atf.DragDrop
