When hovering on the diagram, it could be hidden behind the snippet if big enough. This brings it back on top

This is to display SVGs over (not under) code blocks when zoomed in Material theme, if I understood correctly?

The custom hook has been moved to a plugin hosted on PyPI called mkdocs-plugin-rzk, with the source code at aabounegm/mkdocs-plugin-rzk (I can transfer ownership if needed). Now it should be possible to easily use it in other projects that use Rzk with MkDocs.
