Displays Pagenames in Search Results with their containing Namespace when use_heading is on

If you install this plugin manually, make sure it is installed in lib/plugins/searchresultswithpath/ - if the folder is called different it will not work!
This plugin only works if use_headings is set to 'navigation' or 'both'.
