Purpose: Improve marketing agency code for long term sustainability and follow accessibility standards.
Updates to the Original: Fixed the broken archor link "search-engine-optimization". Cleaned the CSS and removed redundant styling. Consolidated the CSS selectors and properties and referred them from HTML. Changed the HTML tags to semantic tags. Organized CSS to follow the semantic structure of the HTML elements. Added comments to html and css files.
