Embedded Rserve cannot provide R API in R 3.6.0 #131

In R 3.6.0 NativeSymbolInfo has been broken without documentation by renaming package to dll which results in Rserve loading Rserve.so even in embedded situations. This manifests it self in all R API going into the package's version the Rserve instead of the embedded one and thus OCAPs cannot be registered etc.

Does the fix for this on master break Rserve's compatibility with R versions < 3.6.0? I.e. should people stuck on 3.5.x stay on earlier Rserve bits?
