OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 [6.1.7601]
ReHLDS Version: 3.13.0.813-dev+m-05f4a27
ReGameDLL_CS: 5.26.0.690-dev

Crash Description: The server crashes when adding bots using bot_add or bot_quota from RCON or Console

Happens both on latest stable and latest commit.
