Vortex math #7
Comments
Also note that if you call the Wrinkeld Beholder "blinky" he will attack you which according to my theory would mean the same as 0 which is obscene to them. |

Vortex Math looks interesting and I found it had many parallells to 469. Vortex math by Tesla sounds like something out of the Honeminas forumla. I wonder if we can use those numbers with vortex math somehow and maybe you can choose a letter from the jibberish books in mad mage valley. There is also a mad mage by Telas (Tesla?), and is mentioned in Leetha Arnadette (whom i highly suspect to be the mad mage, inventor of 469) |
I hid your comment about conversion.lst, it's something internal about calculating spell dmg and circles or something like that. |
Might have discovered something.
Draw a Bonelord Shield on a piece of paper:
Notice how much it looks like Tesla's 369 Vortex Math:
However the Beholder language is called 469. I would like to bring your attention to this book:
https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/The_Three_That_Were_Four_(Book)
So, the 3 is a 4 right? Populate the wheel with numbers accordingly. You'll find there is no place for zero:
What does the beholder say about that?:
Player: 0
a wrinkled bonelord: Go and wash your eyes for using this obscene number!
However, the 0 is used in the language. It often occurs within strings of numbers. How would the zero still work with the wheel?:
I think the middle segment might be used for both 0 and 1. A wink to binary code. Look at the modern sprite of the Bonelord Shield and notice that it blinks; on and off, 1 and 0. Also notice that it looks left and right to the segments.
Is it possible the segments represent letters? Is it possible we need this diagram to decipher the language? Any idea's?
