• 2016/05/06 - 2016/05/08: Building up login Page and System
• 2016/05/10: Build up dashboard
• 2016/08/02: Build up account page for user to change their information
• 2016/08/05: Build up detailed ticket page
• 2016/08/17: Build up feature to add new tiket and company
• 2016/08/24: have the user add comments on ticket
• 2016/08/25: have the user assign tickets to others
• 2016/08/26: have the user to add positions the company is providing
• 2016/08/29: can edit contact information in the ticket
• 2016/08/30: sewarch company and get statics
• 2016/09/01: edit already added company detail
• 2016/09/01: find a way to have user upload imgs
• 2016/11/01: Develope a new phne regex

Finished Progress

• 2016/05/06: login Page layout finished
• 2016/05/07: php login verification complete
• 2016/05/08: login on page successful
• 2016/05/10: make sure all the essential details
• 2016/07/16: move account storage from XML to DB
• 2016/08/02: fiished home dashboard layout, can display the tickets, but still can't see the details
• 2016/08/04: account editing feature finished
• 2016/08/16: detailed ticket page finisked
• 2016/08/21: create new ticket page finished
• 2016/08/24: create new company finished
• 2016/08/25: can now update status and comment
• 2016/08/25: can now assign tickets to others
• 2016/08/29: user can add, edit and delete positions from the ticket
• 2016/08/29: can edit contact information in the tickets now
• 2016/08/30: can delet tickets from list now
• 2016/08/31: can search company from search pag(but still can't see details)e
• 2016/08/31: can see company details with all the data in sql server and some simple statics
• 2016/09/01: can edit company detail
• 2016/09/04: allow user to upload photo, and store them on imgur
• 2016/11/01: allow user to enter phone and fax number with branch
