As outlined in #27, I suggest an option to make builders extend one another the same way as their subject classes do.
The option introduced in this PR is -imm-constructordefaults.
You can see it in action in the selftest code, where both the builders with and without inheritance are generated side by side. The tests themselves use the version with inheritance now.
