Property defined here:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6638#section-9.2

The value needs to be wrapped in a DAV:href, but we don't.

This is actually a bug that exist because the property system currently allows setting this, but does not yet allow correct serialization of complex properties. Updating this simply needs to be disabled in versions 2.1 and 3.0
