What is the problem?

Only a limited amount of people inside the services team are able apply fixes and get direct access to infrastructure resources for debugging.

Why is it relevant?

To debug and solve issues fast it is important to be able to access relevant resources and being apply to deploy/ apply fixes.

Most importantly this applies to the following resources:

  • Service configs repository (merge rights on Gitlab)
  • AWS/ Kubernetes

How can we track the problem? (What is the KPI?)

  • Uptime
