Not updating will result in nodes behind separated from the main chain. It is imperative everyone update their wallet before block 50000.
For Linux x86_64:
safegames-cli stop

For Windows:
Backup your wallet.dat, safegames.conf and backups folder
Download the version that correspond to your Windows (32 or 64 bits)
Unzip the file and run the file safegames-qt.exe
