- Fix handling of 1 byte crane messages
- Measure less often
- Add timeout to DFQ flush
- Avoid only Hub, not full country if connection fails
- Build hub for arm64
- Merge multiple bootstrap transports from same hub
- Increase the timeout for initial auth and ping checks
