vue-select 4 with vue3

hello good morning,
I'm new to vue and I'm having trouble using the @input event. I managed to use @search but @input I can't use. how do i capture this event in vue-select version 4?

The @input event was removed to adjust for the new v-model bindings in Vue 3, so the replacement for @input is @update:modelValue.
