Complete YAML, JSON, and PHP providers with early INI provider

This minor release fixes a few bugs related to loading files, and fixes issues with turning complex arrays into a configuration document. This release also fixes quirky behavior when saving normal properties (one key = one value) with some providers.

In this release is some early provider code for INI files and the Windows registry.

Unit tests are still incomplete.

First development version

This is the first development release of Switchbox. Current status includes a working configuration tree and working providers for JSON and YAML files. Unit tests are incomplete and need to be fleshed out.

Until Switchbox is stable, release versions will be of the form 0.y.z.
