Update to 1.33.1. Add or remove new tools. Fix urls. Drop old
unversioned obsoletes. Improve descriptions. Update ash SIGHUP patch to
the version sent to upstream. Update all patches to apply to current
version.
Minimize delta between our config and new config. Some options like
CONFIG_PLATFORM_LINUX and CONFIG_FEATURE_HEXDUMP_REVERSE were removed
and CONFIG_FEATURE_PS_{WIDE,LONG} don't apply if CONFIG_DESKTOP is set.
A few new features were enabled and new options to tools that we don't
use are not set.
