  1. [mlite] Check for opting out of sandboxing. JB#54498 OMP#JOLLA-178 

    Add support for X-Sailjail/Sandboxing value that defines if application
says it can't be sandboxed.

Note that even if desktop entry file defines sandboxing, it's possible
that sailjail overrides the value elsewhere. This is solely for
inspecting the desktop file.
