Support tracking interval by repository

I'm tracking some repossitories.
I want to tracked some repositories by day, another repositories by week.

Example.

• https://github.com/apache/hive => per day
• https://github.com/apache/hadoop => per week

Apologies about the delay. I never remember seeing this notification in the email. I was thinking of a similar requirement and thought to wait till someone else requested it too.

I can't promise anything immediately, but I hope to get it done. (I know I am already 6 months late looking at the issue )
