File imx6q-novena.dts in 4.7.2; just update it

Drop addition of imx6q-novena.dts to Makefile as already there.
Bring imx6q-novena.dts content level with 4.4-novena-r9 though, as
the latter has more content than the baseline upstreamed dts in 4.7.2
