Popup error messages

Issue

A popup page with the header “An error has occurred:” appears, showing the list of target lists. When the user clicks on the ‘close’ button on the top right corner of the popup page, the page disappears. However, the record deleted is still shown until the user leaves the screen to another page. The record is eventually deleted

Expected Behavior

View Target Lists page displayed
test2 Link page displayed
ACTIONS submenu appears
The user is redirected to Target Lists page after the deletion.
The Target List name cannot be found while searching for Target Lists.

Actual Behavior

A popup page with header "An error has occurred:" appears showing the list of target lists. When the user clicks on 'close' button on the top right corner of the popup page, the page disappears, however, the record deleted is still shown on screen until the user leaves the screen to another page. The record is eventually deleted.
