Description

Fixes an issue with htaccess causing "undefined" to appear accross the crm when upgrading from 7.8.x.

How To Test This

  1. Pull down this PR and htaccess generate after upgrade #5365.
  2. Place both changes in a 7.8.x to 7.8.15 upgrade pack.
  3. Check that there are no undefined labels.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
