Description

This PR adds the operator "anniversary" to the condition of Date fields in the Workflow module.

Motivation and Context

This operator helps to implement new workflows that uses date fields in conditions.

How To Test This

1. Create a new workflow based in Contacts
2. Add a condition with Birthdate field that uses the operator Anniversary
3. Add an action that modifies the Description of the contact
4. Save the workflow
5. Create a Contact with a date in the birthdate field that suits the conditions. For example, if today is 2022-08-02, we would set the date 2021-08-02 or any other year before.
