Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new account or edit an existing one: https://pwa-kit.mobify-storefront.com/en/account
• Update your phone number to an invalid one: 123-123

Expected Behavior

• An error should be displayed informing the shopper that the phone number is invalid.

Actual Behavior

• Invalid phone number gets saved.

@sejal-salesforce I think this issue can be closed as the Dev team has concluded to keep this feature as customizable as possible
