Sali Lab formulas for homebrew.
This provides formulas to build and install some Sali Lab software (and its dependencies) on a Mac machine that uses the homebrew package manager.
To use, simply run on your Mac
brew tap salilab/salilab
then use regular homebrew commands to install packages; for example, to install MDT use
brew install mdt
