Allow selecting by element with Selection class #911

Selection can select by atom type, but not by the element. The latter would be useful, for example, to select all hydrogen atoms.

To check: do the mol2 and PDB readers set the element for atoms they read in? If they don't, this would be less useful!

Yes, both mol2 and PDB readers set the element.
