I18N File Format

It's quiet easy.

There's no spaces near the =. Supported since b0a5220dac63913fb167f1f0817580e6312ec50e

File Naming

[default_]LANG.properties dots are not allowed in the LANG.
The fallback lang is the file which name starts with default_

Packing

Archive these files into a .ZIP.
