This code accompanies our paper submission "Autocyclic secondary channels stabilize deltaic islands undergoing relative sea level rise" by Gerard Salter and Michael P. Lamb. The .m file contains the code to run a model scenario based on the Mississippi River Delta, described in the paper, using initial conditions contained within the .mat file.
