Salt formulas should be way more visible in the documentation

Hello,

Salts formulas are very cool but totally absent from the documentation: they aren't on the main page nor in the introductions tutorials and this is very uncool.

I've discovered them randomly browsing this page. Ironically, I've been looking for a way to distribute and reuse salt states/modules/others and haven't been able to find it using the current documentation a search for "distribute salt states".

So salt formulas must be made way more visible and maybe mentioned in the introduction tutorials.

The push for generic formulas is a very recent one, and we just haven't gotten around to adding it to the tutorial/introduction docs. Thanks for the recommendation.

Just to parrot @basepi. We're still in the process of fleshing out the individual Formula repos. I expect most of them to be ready for prime-time around the time Salt 0.17 lands. I'll keep this ticket assigned to me as a reminder to add a link to the docs front page. Thanks for bringing this up!
