Bigip state and module documentation are completely broken and are raising a bunch of warnings when building the doc. (see https://docs.saltstack.com/en/latest/ref/modules/all/salt.modules.bigip.html and https://docs.saltstack.com/en/latest/ref/states/all/salt.states.bigip.html) This fixes that.
Also, the serializers documentation doesn't work (cf. https://docs.saltstack.com/en/latest/ref/serializers/all/ )
