Hi @smitty42 - The 2016.11 branch is now closed for regular bug fixes and is in CVE-only mode. Can you move this to the 2017.7 branch instead? |

What does this PR do?
Adds python3 compatibility with virtualbox salt cloud driver. Fixes but that causes salt cloud virtualbox driver to fail with newer SDK versions.
