I’m Sam, a former theatre director turned box office assistant turned software developer. My journey is defined by a passion for problem solving and a desire to create amazing user experiences; I have fallen in love with technology’s ability to inspire as well as assist.

During the intensive Bootcamp at School of Code, I'm diving into a tech stack that includes JavaScript, CSS, HTML. React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL. I'm discovering the power of pair programming, honing my teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. As part of agile teams, I'm learning the ropes of daily stand-ups and retrospectives, getting hands-on experience in the entire product development journey, from brainstorming ideas and designing to building applications and working with stakeholders.

I bring a storyteller's mindset to coding, finding joy in unraveling complex problems, and cannot wait to bring my creative thinking and analytical skills to innovative projects.
