Hello Pieter,

I have been using the goesrecv-monitor for a while and really like it! One thing I noticed though is that even with 100% vit data the constellation is still very random and not a tight target. I downloaded my previous working version from a sight other than your github. I just found your github and tried using the goesrecv-monitor zip file from there, but there is no .exe file in there. When I look at you're example pictures the constellation is very tight like I would expect to see with good vit numbers. I was hoping that the github would have the latest version and have the correct constellation display.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Tim,

The the signal used in the example screenshots was received with a large 3m dish with lots of gain. Your screenshot looks normal for a dish around 1m in size.

The constellation does not have to look perfect for the signal quality to be 100% as the Viterbi decoder will handle most symbol errors.

Are you downloading goesrecv-monitor.zip from the release v1.3? This has the compiled .exe in it.
