Paragon-v2.0.1

This release continues to build on the branding updates and also includes some small sass variable changes.

Major Updates and Improvements

• Navigation active color and style was changed and an animation was added on hover
• All files that use font weight now point to the font weight variables
• Font weight variables are starting to use the css !default, which will make theming easier
• Flex tables now work as expected in IE. This was an issue with the shorthand not having units.
