Add simple text notes on NTFS files or folders. Uses NTFS [Alternate Data Streams (ADS)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTFS#Alternate_data_streams_(ADS)) to save the content as out-of-band data within a file.
The installer adds a right-click Windows context menu entry for files and folders to attach/edit or remove text notes.
