Build an Chatbot App using Amazon LEX and AWS Amplify

Lab Overview

In this workshop, you will create a mobile application using React Native and AWS Amplify with an embedded Amazon Lex Chatbot.

Lab 1 is a pre-requisite to be able to complete Labs 2 and/or 3.

Prerequisites

In order to complete this workshop you'll need an AWS Account with sufficient permission to create AWS IAM, Amazon Lex, AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda resources.

Please ensure you follow the instructions regarding the Regions to deploy your Amazon Lex code

• Lab 3 - Optional - Creating your first call center using Amazon Connect and configuring LEX

Cleanup

To clean up all the resources created in this workshop:

• Delete the AWS Amplify project within the AWS Amplify Console
• Delete the Amazon Lex bot in the Amazon Lex Console
• Delete the Amazon Connect environment if Lab 3 was completed
