There are many different ranks which allows streamers to control what users can use certain commands and some ranks grant other benefits. All the ranks between Streamer and Mod grant all the commands and benefits of the ranks below them.

Streamer

The streamer rank is given to the channel that it hosting Twitch Plays but doesn't get any other special benefits besides having access to the commands of all the lower ranks except NoPoints.

SuperUser

The channel’s broadcaster, and if applicable, the bot they’re using to process commands through, are always considered to be a SuperUser, and cannot demote themselves. (Other SuperUsers can succeed temporarily, but they’ll be reinstated upon reloading the game.)

Admin

Admins are always able to interact with the Mission Binder and the Free Play Briefcase, even if Twitch Plays at large or that feature specifically is otherwise disabled for others’ use.

Mod

Besides commands, Mods have no special abilities.

Defuser

Defusers are players who are able to interact with Twitch Plays while whitelist is enabled.

User

This is the common base rank for those who have no powers. Users can only interact with active bombs if Twitch Plays is active, and are only able to use Free Play Briefcase or Mission Binder commands if current settings specifically allow absolutely anyone to do so.

NoPoints

This is a special rank that people can gain a bad “promotion” to in order to keep them from earning points for solving modules (used as a punishment). If for some reason they are still able to interact with bombs, any points they would have earned instead go into the bonus pool.
