Algorithms associated with the submission of the paper titled "Early detection of autism using digital behavioral phenotyping".

This repository contains the source code (doc/src/.) and experiments performed in the paper (doc/notebooks/*). All illustrations, results, data pre-processing, data workflow, computation of the quality score, prediction score, and screening perfromances are computed within the notebooks.
