  • Metastream Version: 0.4.0
  • Browser + Version: FireFox 68.0.2
  • OS Version:Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Logged into CrunchyRoll
  2. Selected media, once video starts playing I click on Add Media. The screen returns to the Metastream window and the video appears to start playing but there is only a black screen with a 5 second load at the bottom. Video then ends and the page returns to normal with no media selected.

I'm also having an issue attempting to add media from Netflix. Error Code: F7063-1911
However the person in my session was stating they can see the playback from the Netflix show I started.

Edit: Ok so I was actually able to get Netflix working with Metastream, not sure what happened differently. I'll update if anything changes.

The crunchyroll bug is something to do with buffering, I've concluded. In the meantime while we wait for Sam to potentially make a fix for it I recommend pausing it as quick as you can then waiting as the bar will expand to it's full length eventually, then you can click play and continue as normal.

This worked, I am able to load the video however I only hear the audio, screen is black. I also had someone join in while I played the video, They were able to see it though the sync was off, they were stuck loading for several minutes while I was already loaded. Tested in both Firefox and Chrome, same issue on both browsers.
