The invivo data release

• Invivo datasets (dwi at 1.2mm, dwi at 1.8 mm and t1w) from the nlsam paper have been added.
• Phantomas masks have been moved to the phantomas_masks folder, they are still the same.
• All data is now available under a Creative Common license.
