An Alexa skill that uses Davinci-003 from Open AI to provide answers. To use this skill:

1. Create an Open AI API key
2. Modify the lambda function to use your API key
3. Upload the code to the Alexa developer console
4. Set your skill on test mode and login to an Alexa device or app
5. Use the launch intent keywords to start using Chat GPT
