Add test for parser mappings of hydra characterization

The parser_mapping of the characterization modules and the properties of the characterization schemas should be exercised in the specs against the FITS output fixtures.

1. The properties exist on the object with the schema applied.
2. The keys name in the parser_mapping exist in the result of the parser.
3. Given a representative FITS output fixture, the characterization assigns all the properties specified in the schema.
