Editing Collection Type fails

Descriptive summary

Editing a Collection Type is resulting in "ActionController::InvalidAuthenticityToken in Hyrax::Admin::CollectionTypesController#update" error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log in to nurax-pg as an admin user
2. Under Settings > Collection Types, click Edit for a collection type that is editable (PG Test Collection Type, for example)
3. Click Save Changes on any of the tabs (Description, Settings, Participants, Badge Color) and receive error message

We're seeing the same issue with a newly updated Hyrax instance (3.1.0 -> 3.3.0).

When visiting the collection edit screen from the Collections screen, the authenticity_tokens are all wrong. Refreshing the page fixes the issue. See attached gif.
