Make column titles and order consistent between Collections and Works dashboards

Descriptive summary

@jlhardes and @elrayle discussed order of columns. Seems like this order would be best:

Work -- Title, Last Date Modified, Highlight, Visibility
Column -- Title, Collection Type, Last Date Modified, Items, Visibility
There was a question about impact of sorting on future Blacklight/Bootstrap. This will likely use Solr for sorting/paging and will not use Bootstrap. Not sure if this poses upstream Blacklight issues.

The Your Works tab is showing these column changes but the All Works tab is still listing Date Added instead of Last Modified on nurax-dev (and nurax-pg).

All Works should have -- Title, Last Modified, Status, Visibility

The Your Collections tab is showing the correct column order but the All Collections tab is not. The column headers are correct.
