Unable to change thumbnail and representative media via File Manager

Descriptive summary

Cannot use radio button selections in File Manager to change image being used as Thumbnail and Representative Media.

Steps to reproduce the behavior in User Interface (UI)

1. Navigate to a Work that contains more than one file
2. Click on the "File Manager" button
3. Select radio buttons for Thumbnail and Representative Media on an image that is not currently selected
4. Click on "Save" in the Toolbar (don't think this is actually even activated to use, but hard to tell)
5. Navigate back to the Work page
6. See that Thumbnail and Representative Media has not changed
7. Enter File Manager again and see that previously set image is still set as Thumbnail and Representative Media

Actual behavior (include screenshots if available)

This is happening on pg.nurax and locally using Sirenia.

I can assign different files as the representative media using the file manager. The work show page reflects the changes that I've made and the changes persist when I navigate to the File Manager page again.
