+The Blind Public License is a restrictive license that does **not** allow any reading, viewing, interpreting, emulating, debugging, disassembling, reverse engineering, or executing ("Observing") of these files, code, schematics, content or any other attached material (the "Technology") other than this license.

+This license **does** provide you the right to share, distribute, remix, transform, and build upon the Technology for non-commercial use under the condition that the Technology has not been Observed.
